I hope to share! And hope you will too!
I am pleased to be a new member of Autisable and hope it will give me many opportunities to share with other members; to learn more from others about autism and to share what I have learned in the many wonderful adventures I have had over the past 26 years knowing some pretty awesome people with autism! Right now my main focus day to day and pretty much everyday is how I can share my knowledge and experience as it relates to diet for those on the autism spectrum. I have a few ideas that have helped many to improve their eating habits, to plan healthy meals every day and to have fun while doing it! Do you know a picky eater, someone who restricts their diet to a few favored foods and seems to get stuck there? Me too! Some of them I know have moved way beyond this but are still very much in control of what they eat every day!

Look forward to reading more from you.
Our son, short stack, is currently on a CF diet - and it works for him.
Until later.
@edlives@xanga - does your son eat well, a good variety of foods? Does he do the planning or do you?
